What do you do EVERY day to take care of the earth's environment? What could you do more of?

I try to use the minimum amount of anything I need-paint, paper, food, anything that can turn into garbage later You could say~ I could try to recycle more, but the plant is too far away and with gas prices going up every day it's just not even possible for my budget now~

Silently, I sit alone
Pondering over many different things
Slowly, I drift away from reality
I am taken on invisible wings

The thoughts all flow together
Like a never-ending sea
All the emotions I have ever known
Quickly sweep over me

Silently I close my eyes
And bask in this wonderful pain
My soul begins to heal itself
Soon no scars will remain

Suddenly, something slightly wet
Crawls gracefully down my face
The single tear caresses my skin
At a beautifully unhurried pace

It falls down to the ground, small and fragile
With a shine as bright as a gem
And without a sound I drift back to reality
To face the pain again.

Yay~ the past few days have majorly sucked!! XD I've been sick sick sick!!! I haven't made any poems in a while... but thats cuz I can't think straight right now!! Oh wow so dizzy~ @_@

haha anyways during these days of illness, I've discovered a new Movie to add to my favorite movies list! Edward Scissorhands!!! Yes! such a wonderful piece~ I absolutely Love Tim Burton films featuring Johnny Depp~ The only ones I know off the top of my head are

1. Sweeney Todd: The demon barber of Fleet Street (Sooooo good!!)
2. Edward Scissorhands
3. The Corpse Bride
4. Sleepy Hollow

And that's about all I can remember right now~ So my newest Question for You readers is:

Can you tell me any other movies by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp... Or just by Tim Burton... or anything with Johnny~ hahaha so Help please!!

I remember that Burton made A Nightmare Before Christmas... And Johnny starred in Pirates of the Caribbean~ so any other suggestions please? I'm bored and need movies!!

Alone in a meadow

Undiscovered by any

A moonlit orchid slowly sings

A sad song to many

It sways in the breeze

Dancing to the unhurried beat

Waiting eternally for someone to dance with

Looking for someone to finally meet

To the skies it spills its feelings

Of sorrow, and pain,

And its songs grow more beautiful, still,

When accompanied by a cold rain.

Soon it grows tired

And stops for the night

It will wake when it grows dark

As to stay out of sight.

And the moon sheds a tear

As the requiem slowly dies

For tonight will be quiet

Without the Orchid's Song filling the skies~

Across the sky I look and wonder

Up at the stars I gaze all night,

And while I'm sitting, staring overhead,

I ask, 'you do think of me, right?'

The stars continue to dance across the sky

A sign that seems to say

"He does think about you, all the time,

Every single night and day."

Into the sky I send my thoughts

Hoping they will find their way to you

And back across the heavens I gape

Wondering if you send thoughts to me too.

The shimmer of the stars tonight

Are dull compared to your twinkling eyes

But still I sit, I sit in awe,

At these dazzling, beautiful skies.

The way you make me feel
Is very hard to describe,
I'm not sure if I really can,
But I know I'm going to try.

In the morning when I wake
You're the first thought in my mind
It makes me feel all warm and weird
And I sometimes wonder why.

Then comes our meeting,
Face-to-face, later in that day,
You give me butterflies when I see you,
And its hard to look away.

Later in the day,
You hold me in your arms,
It feels so nice, so warm, so safe,
I no longer am alarmed.

Now it is the end of school,
We both go our separate ways,
I feel my smile fade a little,
This is the end of another perfect day.

But late at night you call me up,
Just to see what I'm doing now,
I want to tell you what I feel,
But I really don't know how.

These feelings are too hard to describe,
In any possible way,
I want to tell you something though,
Please listen to what I will say.

When I'm with you I feel
Things I've never felt before,
I feel hundreds of emotions sweeping down,
And these feelings I truely adore.

I Feel like you've stolen my heart,
But thats just fine with me,
Keep forever next to yours,
And forever happy shall I be.

You make me feel so good
about everything i do,
Complimenting How I look, what I wear,
It makes me completely love you~
