Mini-rant #.... I lost track~ ^_^

So lets see... its been a crappy week~ haha who cares that stuff is boring~ Sorry for not posting any new poetry or anything for that matter~ My bf is a loser thats all I'm gonna say~ ^_^ haha anywaysss....

I saw the movie Schindler's List last week and was left in total awe~ That movie is a masterpiece! A true piece of art that breaks even the toughest of hearts with its entirely true plotline~ If you haven't seen it yet, you should!! Beware though: once you see it, you cannot un-see it~ The movie shows the true violence the Nazi party used against the Jewish people during WWII. It is completely in Greyscale except for the very beginning, the very end, a pair of candles, and a little girl in a red coat. Everything that is in the movie has a true reason for being there, and slowly unravels the horror of the Nazis and the terror the Jews went through. The movie all together is about one man: Oskar Schindler, and how he saved 1,100 Jewish people from concentration camps such as Auschwitz...

So go See schindler's list and tell me whatchya think about it~!!! (or tell me if you've already seen it and post your feelings and views for me~) ^_^ thanks guys~

QotD: Happy Earth Day

What do you do EVERY day to take care of the earth's environment? What could you do more of?

I try to use the minimum amount of anything I need-paint, paper, food, anything that can turn into garbage later You could say~ I could try to recycle more, but the plant is too far away and with gas prices going up every day it's just not even possible for my budget now~

Flowers~! My mini-rant #3

The snow is melting and the sun is finally coming out here in Alaska~ Its been in the 50's as far as temperature goes, and small spots of grass are peeking through the snow here and there~ I can't wait to start planting flowers around the house~ I've been dying to see all the blooms of spring again, for winter has overstayed its welcome~ haha~ Who knows, it might snow again this week like it has been lately. >< it better not~!!

So for the summer, I've been trying to decide on a job to choose to keep myself busy~ Either working in a Greenhouse or working in the cafe downtown~ Either one seems fine to me, I love both cooking and taking care of plants~ XD there are ups and downs to both though~ Working in a cafe keeps you inside near the hot ovens and cranky customers, but working in the greenhouse runs the risks of sunburn and mosquito bites~ But when you're in a greenhouse, you get to smell the fresh flowers and get some nice sunshine, while in a cafe, you get to.... wait.... Why would I work inside during summer?? Nvm I choose the Greenhouse~!! Woot~ haha sorry for wasting your time, my readers, but I was just uber bored for the past 5 min~ Tune in next time for Whatever the heck I can talk about~!!

A cycle of dreams

Silently, I sit alone
Pondering over many different things
Slowly, I drift away from reality
I am taken on invisible wings

The thoughts all flow together
Like a never-ending sea
All the emotions I have ever known
Quickly sweep over me

Silently I close my eyes
And bask in this wonderful pain
My soul begins to heal itself
Soon no scars will remain

Suddenly, something slightly wet
Crawls gracefully down my face
The single tear caresses my skin
At a beautifully unhurried pace

It falls down to the ground, small and fragile
With a shine as bright as a gem
And without a sound I drift back to reality
To face the pain again.

My Mini~Rant 2!

Yay~ the past few days have majorly sucked!! XD I've been sick sick sick!!! I haven't made any poems in a while... but thats cuz I can't think straight right now!! Oh wow so dizzy~ @_@

haha anyways during these days of illness, I've discovered a new Movie to add to my favorite movies list! Edward Scissorhands!!! Yes! such a wonderful piece~ I absolutely Love Tim Burton films featuring Johnny Depp~ The only ones I know off the top of my head are

1. Sweeney Todd: The demon barber of Fleet Street (Sooooo good!!)
2. Edward Scissorhands
3. The Corpse Bride
4. Sleepy Hollow

And that's about all I can remember right now~ So my newest Question for You readers is:

Can you tell me any other movies by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp... Or just by Tim Burton... or anything with Johnny~ hahaha so Help please!!

I remember that Burton made A Nightmare Before Christmas... And Johnny starred in Pirates of the Caribbean~ so any other suggestions please? I'm bored and need movies!!

So bored right now sitting in Math class Not doing Math~ how dull~! I should write a poem about this~ haha no~ Noone would read it~ XP or maybe they would..... haha i dont know~

I apologize for some of the monstrocities posted on the page~ XDXDXD Truly, most of these poems/posts are written without really thinking about what I'm saying~ hahaha nice way to do it right? All the poetry Is Original work done by Yours Truly~! I'm thinking of doing some song lyrics soon... maybe not... who knows~? (or even cares for that matter) XD

Anyways, I want to start sewing dresses like the ones in my album~ They're so pretty~ If anyone knows where I can find patterns for any Gothi-loli, sweet loli, or any other loli clothing, please share~!! I'm really lost doing this right now and only have small pics from the internet, drawings of my own, and The book FreshFruits~ So please please please I'll do anything If you can give me any Ideas~!!!

What do you most hate sharing with other people?

I hate sharing water bottles or chapstick! Its soooo nasty!! You don't know whats been on their lips or in their mouth!!! Keep your own germs to yourself!!! XD Anything that toches your mouth should stay solely yours from there on out!!

Nightsong of a Moonlit Orchid

Alone in a meadow

Undiscovered by any

A moonlit orchid slowly sings

A sad song to many

It sways in the breeze

Dancing to the unhurried beat

Waiting eternally for someone to dance with

Looking for someone to finally meet

To the skies it spills its feelings

Of sorrow, and pain,

And its songs grow more beautiful, still,

When accompanied by a cold rain.

Soon it grows tired

And stops for the night

It will wake when it grows dark

As to stay out of sight.

And the moon sheds a tear

As the requiem slowly dies

For tonight will be quiet

Without the Orchid's Song filling the skies~
